New artist, Neon Hitch (which is actually her real name), recently signed to Warner Brothers, has got the voice of a sassy gypsy and the life story to back it up. In her bio, she states, "I grew up on a bus traveling the world as a street performer and trapeze artist .. .. I make my own clothes, and believe rules were made to be broken .. .. At 16 I ran away to India and lived there for a while which gave me some amazing stories to tell my grandchildren.." This girl is a true gem and wants to share her jewels with the world. As you all know, I am a huge fan of people with real talent and Neon Hitch definitely has it. She's now working on her appropriately titled mixtape, "Beg, Borrow or Steal," with producer Benny Blanco, and has worked with everyone from Imogen Heap to Mike Posner and Jason Derulo. This girl is a citizen of the world and comes hard and ready to deliver. She covers seemingly opposite tracks of her assumed sound, such as Ellie Goulding's "Starry Eyed," and Travie McCoy's "Billionaire," but manages to add her own twist and sass.
