Hearing it on last night's Grey's Anatomy had me digging vigorously into my
Metric music archives, and really got me into that "I haven't listened to this in a while" train of thought (you know, the one where you listen to everything a band ever came out with until the wee hours, as if to make up for lost time or something). Metric's "Help I'm Alive," comes from their last album,
Fantasies, released last year. The band is currently working on their next album,
Synthetica, out this coming summer. Its raining here in NYC, so I figured a little light rock would be appropriate. Take a listen below.
